A new window vs a new top and other considerations

The back window has become detached at the bottom from the convertible fabric. The window piece by itself costs $675, a whole new top $1300. I would also like to replace the deck, paint the house, and repair the front porch step, possibly do some repair work to the porch. I am weighing all my options. Still working on going away for a few days.
